Scope of Work: Installation of metal framing, drywall, level 3 finish to walls. Installation of doors, acoustic ceilings tiles, laminated wood floors, trowltex to exterior; and paint to interior and exterior.
Client: Antigua Commercial Bank (ACB)
Location: Thames Street, Antigua
Project: Repair to the timber and concrete roofs.
Duration: Feb. 2025 – Jan. 2026
Square Footage: 6070 sq.ft.
Scope of Work: Remove existing Torch-on felt from both timber and concrete roof areas, including the removal of all wet-rot affected timber components and existing screed. Reconstruct the timber roof with an adjusted pitch to ensure proper water runoff, install waterproofing membrane, and finish with galvanized roofing sheets. Carry out necessary structural repairs to the concrete roof slab, pour new concrete screed to correct roof pitch for effective drainage, and apply the Sikalastic RoofPro Waterproofing System.
